Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

By accessing polymarket.health you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Unofficial, independent mirror

polymarket.health is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, PredictIt, Limitless, Futuur, Myriad, or any other platform listed. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive, nominative-fair-use purposes.

Content on this site — including platform briefings, lessons, status indicators and FAQs — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always do your own research and consult licensed professionals before trading or making financial decisions. Prediction markets involve risk of loss; only trade what you can afford to lose.

3. As-is, no warranty

The site and all data on it are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Status checks can be incorrect, stale, or unavailable. Do not rely on polymarket.health as the sole source of truth before trading.

4. No service relationship

polymarket.health does not place trades, hold funds, custody assets, or process payments on your behalf. Any trading you do happens on third-party platforms governed by their own terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, polymarket.health and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape the site at abusive rates.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or circumvent rate limits.
  • Do not represent yourself as affiliated with polymarket.health.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
