Limitless is an onchain market on Base — final settlement also depends on Base L2 sequencer health, which we don't probe here.

About Limitless

Limitless Exchange is an onchain prediction market built on Base (Coinbase's Ethereum L2). Trades settle in USDC against AMM-style liquidity rather than a traditional CLOB, and the front-end relies on Limitless's public REST API plus Base RPC nodes.

How Limitless works (under the hood)

Limitless Exchange launched in 2024 as an onchain prediction market built on Base, Coinbase's Ethereum L2. It's part of a wave of next-generation onchain markets that use AMM-style liquidity rather than centralized order books.

Limitless leans into short-dated event markets — daily and weekly resolutions on crypto prices, news, and sports — which suit the AMM model where capital efficiency favors faster turnover.

Fees

Liquidity providers earn the AMM spread; takers pay an effective spread that widens with trade size relative to pool depth. Gas is paid in ETH on Base — typically under $0.01 per trade.

Liquidity & activity

Markets are short-dated and capital is recycled quickly. Top markets see meaningful AMM depth; long-tail markets can show wide spreads. Volume is a fraction of Polymarket but is growing among onchain-native users.

Notable incidents

  • Ongoing Onchain settlement depends on Base sequencer health; Base outages stall settlement.

How it differs from other platforms

Limitless trades AMM speed for order-book depth. Versus Polymarket, simpler UX and short-dated focus, less liquidity. Versus Myriad, more established on Base; smaller than Polymarket on every metric.

Data & methodology

Checks run from your browser every ~45 seconds. Latency reflects your network path to the endpoint, not the server alone. Historical uptime is logged hourly via an independent worker (rolling 30-day window). Browser CORS limits responses to TCP/TLS; settlement also depends on Base L2 (not probed here).

About this site

All data is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees about accuracy or availability. This is an unofficial status page and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Limitless.

Checks run client-side from your browser against Limitless's public APIs. Latency therefore reflects your network path to the endpoint — not the server's health alone — and is subject to local clock skew, ISP routing, and browser scheduling.

If this page is showing "All Systems Operational" and you still believe Limitless is degraded, the issue may be on an internal subsystem we cannot probe publicly (matching engine, custodial wallet, KYC, deposits). Cross-check the official Limitless status page and their social channels before assuming a full outage.

Data sources: public Limitless REST endpoints listed in the dashboard above. No private API keys are used. polymarket.health does not place trades, hold funds, or store user data.
